Our expectations as buyers were exceeded every step of the way throughout the transaction. From initial offer submission through closing, George's clear communication, availability, and willingness to go the extra mile were very impressive and greatly appreciated - they even helped us find & coordinate with a local day care provider for our toddler which helped alleviate so much stress. The Cordillera area buying environment is a very difficult to navigate. The is no real inventory available and it's been this way since COVID. Heather and I looked at many homes, bid on several, and had a couple of transactions fall apart for various reasons. Throughout the process, Heather was even-keeled, positive, and kept us moving in a forward direction. Ultimately, through her hard work and determination, she found a home that we were able to purchase - at a reasonable price and with reasonable terms. Heather navigated the entire process for us including pre-closing and post-closing transactional issues. Heather provided professional advice and common sense problem solving. We are big fans. I can’t say enough positive things about Heather! She is so professional and knows the Vail Valley like the back of her hand. She took time to understand what was important to us and showed us properties accordingly. We are out of state buyers so Heather scheduled home viewings around our schedule of when we’d be in town and able to see as many homes as possible in a short period of time. There were 3 homes that made our list and Heather followed up with each of the other brokers with specific questions we had about each house.
