She is so professional and knows the Vail Valley like the back of her hand. She took time to understand what was important to us and showed us properties accordingly. We are out of state buyers so Heather scheduled home viewings around our schedule of when we’d be in town and able to see as many homes as possible in a short period of time. There were 3 homes that made our list and Heather followed up with each of the other brokers with specific questions we had about each house. Without Heather, we would not purchased a home. The Cordillera area buying environment is a very difficult to navigate. The is no real inventory available and it's been this way since COVID.
