We had an exceptional home buying experience with Heather McInerny and SSF. I can’t say enough positive things about Heather! She is so professional and knows the Vail Valley like the back of her hand. She took time to understand what was important to us and showed us properties accordingly. Without Heather, we would not purchased a home. The Cordillera area buying environment is a very difficult to navigate. The is no real inventory available and it's been this way since COVID. Heather and I looked at many homes, bid on several, and had a couple of transactions fall apart for various reasons.
